LEAHYS LUCK, a family centered band, has been playing music together for the past eighteen years.  The band has evolved through those years to incorporate world music, but Irish folk music remains their core.

LEAHYS LUCK consists of brothers Brian and Tom Leahy who lead the band with guitars, bass, and distinctive vocals; Evan Leahy, Tom’s son and a world-class Irish drummer who has performed internationally adds his talent with guitar and vocals; and Randal Harrison who has played his fiddle with the Savannah Symphony Orchestra and bluegrass giants – Vassar Clements and John Hartford, and who was the recipient of the 2008 Madison Area Music Award for both Classical Artist and Jazz Artist of the year. Other family members and friends join the Band at times, keeping the performances alive and ever new. LEAHYS LUCK entertainment value is strongest “up close and personal, engaging audiences from 100 to 10,000 with energy and humor.” Their audiences and fans are cross-generational; their music and energy appeals to everyone!
